Typical evil scientist, he has no medical liscense and is not a doctor. They just enjoy experimenting on people and being a freaky nuisance. Plays the Stellar Tune poorly and everybody hates it

The weapons they use are kevin, Eye of Madness, Gruesome Eminence, and Vehemence.

Design Notes

  • The pink outlines are from unicorn wisp dye, hence they're part of the design and not just stylistic
  • When wearing a hood their face is more defined, without one it's a spiky sun-like shape that can be more or less exaggerated
  • Wears spectre armor and Dr. Manfly's lab coat with unicorn wisp dye, a mana cloak, and butterfly wings and terraspark boots with reflective gold dye
