Typical evil scientist, he has no medical liscense and is not a doctor. They just enjoy experimenting on people and being a freaky nuisance. Plays the Stellar Tune poorly and everybody hates it

The weapons they use are kevin, Eye of Madness, Gruesome Eminence, and Vehemence.

Previously used weapons were Nuclear Fury, Last Prism, Lunar Flare, Snowgrave.

Design Notes

The pink outlines are from unicorn wisp dye, therefore it's part of the design and not just stylistic

When wearing a hood their face is more defined, without one it's a spiky sun-like shape that can be more or less exaggerated

Wears spectre armor and Dr. Manfly's lab coat with unicorn wisp dye, a mana cloak, and butterfly wings and terraspark boots with reflective gold dye
