Typical evil scientist, he has no medical liscense and is not a doctor. They just enjoy experimenting on people and being a freaky nuisance. Plays the Stellar Tune poorly and everybody hates it

The weapons they use are kevin, Eye of Madness, Gruesome Eminence, and Vehemence. Previously used weapons were Nuclear Fury, Last Prism, Lunar Flare, Snowgrave.
